After more than two and a half years playing shows every Wednesday night at Griffin's Public House in Chicago, it was announced that the building's owners were selling the place, and Griffin's would be forced to close. This is the recording from Cornmeal's final performance at Griffin's. As of June 1, 2006, the building has already been torn down.

Band was ON FIRE this night. Energy is electric in that place. The setlist just goes on and on and on...
Nice work on the recording.

New to Cornmeal - band is good!
Great concert, band was hot. If you can appreciate jamgrass this is top-notch. Recording is fairly good - crowd noise is very obnoxious. Would get 5 except for crowd noise.

Last Griffin's Show--Excellent Sound
Those who stood outside to get in saw a truly great performance. For over two years these guys (and a gal) kept Griffin's smoking every wednesday night. This final show was a fitting emotional finish.
The sound is great. Thanks for the memories.
